Well Now has very good and bas strep tests depends on the doctor! They have slushies in the main room/waiting room!

Needed the provider to resend a script for kids strep ...called multiple times and was told "they're working on it" - no timeframe for when to expect script be sent 5 hours later. Really bad customer service.

This review is not a reflection of the care provided but rather the lack of privacy at this facility. The walls are so thin that they might as well be made of paper. I could clearly hear another patient discussing highly personal medical issues with the PA, with no muffling whatsoever. This raises serious concerns about patient confidentiality, as I'm certain others could hear my medical history and concerns just as clearly.

Be prepared to wait for a very long time. Nobody acknowledged when I arrived in the waiting room. Waited 20 minutes while the receptionist took calls. I understand being busy, but at least consider the patient who is there in person. Once I was brought to a room I saw a nurse who was quite pleasant and said my provider would be right in. 60 minutes later (not an exaggeration, a full hour while I listened to their staff shoot the shit outside of the door) and I finally saw someone. PA was nice enough.

Received a bill a year and a half late, for an amount that doesn't make sense even based on the math in the bill itself. Waited on the phone for a half hour and was inexplicably hung up on without receiving service due to my call "not being during business hours" (it was 11am on a Friday; their business hours are M-F until 7pm). Received the same message when I called back, unable to even wait again. The doctor originally sent my prescription to a pharmacy that was closed. When they recommended they should sent it to a different 24 hour pharmacy that was 20 minutes away I drove there just for them to tell me they had not sent the prescription. Wasted a whole hour over the laziness of one person. Pissed me right off. Wish that they had a negative star option.
