This was my very first experience at a WellNow and I must say that the Dr. Megan was very helpful and Kind. She also made my daughter feel as if she was one of her own patients which goes a long way considering bedside manner. I also had a great experience with one of the nurses/ receptionist. I would recommend them at a high rate and level because of their ability to treat patients with dignity and respect.
They were not busy at all on a Saturday afternoon and got me right back. Everyone was super friendly, including the dr. She was amazing and actually listened and cared. They were very thorough with the exam and got me diagnosed and on my way. Definitely recommend this location!
I made an appointment ahead of time and was taken in over a half an hour after my scheduled time. Other than that, the experience was great. They asked all of the important questions and were very patient with my sickness brain fog. They talked me through the process of everything and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. Wonderful bedside manner and overall experience.
My daughter woke up with a painful ear infection. We walked in at exactly 8 when the clinic opened and they saw us right away. Everyone was so friendly with her and asked her questions, made her comfortable, and she even got to pick a toy when we left. They respected my time to get her to school and sent the prescription for her immediately. Love this place!
It was my first visit to a Wellnow location. I had a foreign object that caused much pain and irritation to my left eye. My 1st thought was to go to an ER as there are no Eye Clinics (other than optometrists) open on weekends. My ex-wife (yes America, we still communicate with each other 😊) suggested I go to a Wellnow office. Since we were already near their Clay/Rt 31 location, I pulled in.
