I appreciated being able to schedule online prior to my visit to minimize the wait time. When I arrived they had a wheelchair available, which was convenient since I was having difficulty standing. The nurse graciously wheeled me between the exam and X-ray rooms. The PA who examined me, Megan, was patient and listened to everything I had to say. She prescribed the best available treatment for my condition. I would highly recommend WellNow. Thanks.
I was very impressed in many ways with the WellNow on Rt 31 in Clay. First, finding them on the internet and GPS, then the opportunity to fill out important information, even before arriving, means that they’re up to date with technology, and the shorter wait time to be seen was nice too. I was treated with compassion from the minute I walked in the building. I received excellent care from the receptionist to my amazing nurse.and the X-ray tech. The PA was knowledgeable, caring , informative. She explained my diagnosis to make sure I knew it could be serious and I needed to follow up on this immediately. Thank to the staff
Went to Well Now on Route 31 in the town of Clay after a nasty fall at home. I was taken right in. Everyone was wonderful from the receptionist/nurse that took me to a room, the nurses and doctor and the xray technician. Well I was waiting for the report from the X-rays they checked on me several times, giving me meds for the pain. I would recommend this site to anyone needing care.
I have been to well now, three times so far this year with crazy problems like my face swelling and a painful sore in my armpit and the staff is always so good to me. By the time I get to the pharmacy after, my prescription is ready and it is just been a great experience overall.
