I consistently get sinus infections several times a year and I know that after having it for several days, I need to have amoxicillin to get better. I recently moved here from California so I don't have a primary care physician and I went to this facility to get amoxicillin and even though I've been sick for five days, the doctor refused to write me a script for any Medication or antibiotics. I made an appointment for 12:25 and had to wait until 1:30 to finally be brought into a room - to wait some more for the doctor. What is the purpose of giving people scheduled appointments?
I got in pretty quick(symptoms of a concussion). I go through and let the nurse know my symptoms, then Samantha came in to test my eyes. Asked if I had sensitivity to light or sound. She then tells me to call concussion clinic. Fails to send my medical report so I had to try and request them. They mentioned sending in the paperwork they gave me it would be quicker since the lady who does that is not in today. Scheduled an appointment for 4:30 wasn't taken back until 5:50. 6:30 currently haven't seen a doctor. What's the point of an appointment if you guys don't take care of the patients. Thankfully I just need a prescription for poison sumac. But there's absolutely no customer service. If you're on your death bed go to the ER
Had to bring someone in tonight for a leg injury. Sad that they are not ADA compliant. Two doors to enter and no automation had to struggle to get their borrowed wheelchair in with our patient as no automatic doors or help from anyone. Granting an extra as we only waited 1.5 hours and the PA was fantastic. You really don't know how much a disability can affect someone until it's not accessible luckily, and our case it's only a temporary disability.
Ridiculous times front end certain staff are a joke . Not enough providers and inaccurate wait times that they tell you . 30-1hr means 3+
Warning!! This place charges for a covid test! They are taking full advantage of the pandemic. They will tell you there is no charge for the covid test but will charge you for a full office visit. I have to been to other urgent cares for covid test and they are absolutely free...no hidden charges. If they are taking advantage of people this way can you really trust their judgement as far as your health is concerned?
