Professional staff, great checking in service. Facility was spotless, organized, staff even offered me snacks and water. Was seen by a PA who was engaging, empathetic and professional. Although I was sick, they made the visit so pleasant.
My 4 year old son, and I recently visited this location when we were sick with strep throat. Everyone that helped us, from the front desk to the medical professionals were amazing. If we ever need an urgent care center again, we will definitely be visiting this location again. Thank you again for everything!
Made an appt. Got right in on time. Staff was very kind and helpful. Tested positive for the flu and was given proper prescriptions. Sent home with well wishes from the staff for a quick recovery. Excellent service.
I have always been treated with kindness and professionalism when I visit any well now location. From the moment you walk in the door to the doctor and everyone in between everyone is nice and helpful. The doctor(nurse practitioner) was very knowledgeable and friendly and spent time with me to figure out how to get me back in good health. I would recommend everyone to go to well now if you need medical attention thats not hospital emergency room bad. I had a great experience at the Well Care in Lockport.It was my first time going there, and everyone was very nice and professional. I saw a PA Kayla who was very compassionate and caring, and friendly. She took care of my issue and made me feel better. I would highly recommend the facility.
