Very efficient and attentive service at the Lockport WellNow location. It was easy to book a same day appointment. I felt that my concerns were listened to and I never felt rushed. I was given immediate treatment and discharge instructions to help until I could see a specialist.
Professional staff, great checking in service. Facility was spotless, organized, staff even offered me snacks and water. Was seen by a PA who was engaging, empathetic and professional. Although I was sick, they made the visit so pleasant.
I visited this facility today and while everyone I encountered was nice and professional the level of skilled care I was received was rather unimpressive. I was charged $75 only to have them check my heart rate, pulse oxygen, temperature and a very brief physical exam. I work in healthcare and had already to checked all of these on myself aside from the physical exam. My 4 year old son, and I recently visited this location when we were sick with strep throat. Everyone that helped us, from the front desk to the medical professionals were amazing. If we ever need an urgent care center again, we will definitely be visiting this location again. Thank you again for everything!
I don’t understand the 4.5 rating. I can never get into this place. I was once turned down from the walk in saying I needed an appointment. This place is a walk in, right? I went to their website to make an appointment. I got the confirmation text, then moments later I got a text saying my appointment was canceled. Just now I need to see a Dr. their website doesn’t work at all. I tried calling to make an appointment and I was out on hold for 20 minutes before deciding to give up. This place sucks.
