Great care super fast and saved me a ton of money! My hand got shut in a door. I thought it was broken but not sure. My insurance costs $500 to go to the ER and $70 to go to an Urgent care. I called ahead of time and asked if they would be able to x-ray and care for me before I went in. They answered the questions they could over the phone and I was able to get in right away. Came from out of state to visit family & was feeling under the weather so I came to get tested. Arrived five minutes after the Urgent Care opened and was quickly greeted by the front office. The clerk was extremely efficient and kind. I was swiftly taken back to an exam room and quickly tested & examined. The nurse and PA were both professional, I have never been to an urgent care that was so well run. Clean facility and amazing staff.

Well, apparently Well Now read my review, as they put an entry in saying they'd like to hear from me. I clicked in their link, answered some questions, basically rewrote my Yelp review, but no one ever got back to me. So...seems Well Now is all talk, no action.

I would give zero stars if I could. During a recent visit, the behavior of one of the providers came across as very creepy and unprofessional, making the environment feel uncomfortable and unsafe. If you're a woman, I'd strongly recommend considering another option before coming here. Conduct, care, and overall experience was extremely disappointing to say the least. I will never go to or recommend this or any other WellNow location, especially for women or those who already have a distrust towards medical environments.

They are supposed to be open at 8am. They gave 3 cars off to the side which I believe are employees' cars, and put up a sign saying they'll be open at 10 am. Show up at 9:55, and there's a sign saying they'll open at 11am. They've cost me half a day's pay ( told the boss I was going to an urgent care to get a script for eye drops for pink eye) and now when I go to work tomorrow, I'll probably get walked out for saying I'd be late, and then calling in sick. So I'm possibly going to lose 1.5 days pay. If this place can't get... read more

Horrible service sat in my room for over a hour waiting for the doc. Highly wouldn't recommend coming here the staff is extremely rude

The past two times I tried to go to urgent care I went at 8 (says that's they open at 8) and the doors were never unlocked. I waited in the parking lot till 820 and still doors not unlocked. I left. The time prior to this I made an appointment then got an email there was no service provider on site that day, well that's no help then. Sooo unhelpful here.
