They are supposed to be open at 8am. They gave 3 cars off to the side which I believe are employees' cars, and put up a sign saying they'll be open at 10 am. Show up at 9:55, and there's a sign saying they'll open at 11am. They've cost me half a day's pay ( told the boss I was going to an urgent care to get a script for eye drops for pink eye) and now when I go to work tomorrow, I'll probably get walked out for saying I'd be late, and then calling in sick. Horrible service sat in my room for over a hour waiting for the doc. Highly wouldn't recommend coming here the staff is extremely rude

The past two times I tried to go to urgent care I went at 8 (says that's they open at 8) and the doors were never unlocked. I waited in the parking lot till 820 and still doors not unlocked. I left. The time prior to this I made an appointment then got an email there was no service provider on site that day, well that's no help then. Sooo unhelpful here.

I arrived at this WellNow urgent care on a Friday night. With complications of a UTI. my primary care physician told me to go to urgent care and this was the closest one. The patient care technicians were all really nice. Then I met the nurse practitioner. Who's name was Amanda. She walked in and introduced herself in a very forceful in an invalidating way. My provider could not see me and referred me to urgent care. I called to get an appt and the rude receptionist told me to "go on line, that's not my job." I went on line & when it came to my appt the office had to close because both staff receptionists called in sick so they only took appts, glad I had one. I gave them my medicare card and asked them to bill this first then the private ins. Well, that didn't happen so now I'm fighting with reception to get this straightened out. Went there because my Dr could not get me in and was recommended by him. Was immediately taken to an examining room. Sat in that room for almost 2 hours sicker than hell almost passed out and through up I don't how many times while the staff and Dr's are doing nothing but laughing and joking around outside!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ENDED UP WALKING RIGHT OUT OF THE PLACE AND WENT RIGHT DOWN TO URGENT CARE LIKE I SHOULD OF IN THE FIRST PLACE AND WAS SEEN IN LESS THAN 40 MINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Easy appointments but service is lacking. My partner went in for suture removal. The original provider prescribed antibiotics and said he would call it in to our pharmacy. Prescription never got there, and when we called to ask we were told we'd have to come in again to be re-evaluated because the prescription wasn't on file. So I have to pay for another visit because the original doctor screwed up? No thank you. Will not be back.
