The office is comfortable and very clean. The staff is professional and friendly. Wait time was very low. The Dr, nurse, and med-tech were thorough and not in a rush. They explained everything and gave good advice about aftercare. I highly recommend WellCare in Plainwell, MI!

I had Covid (3x in 8 months) and tested positive for 10 days. I had messaged my PCP about my health and she didn't seem at all concerned, (I am 68 with a low immune system and Long Covid), so I searched for an Urgent Care with top reviews. I spent 5 1/2 hours at Bronsons ER. Wasn't able to see a doctor. I went in to this urgent care and had 6 stitches and done in under a half hour. I had a room full of family watching and the ladies working were AWESOME. My whole family will be using this place from now on. Extremely professional,extremely nice. What a great experience even though I ended up with stitches in my head. Love these people

I LOVE this place!!! It's like a casual, but professional medical care facility you'd love to find on a cruise ship. Slushies, Keurig coffee bar, televisions in the exam room, X-ray on the premise and very friendly, professional staff. They went the extra mile and I was seen within 5 minutes of arrival. I almost hate to leave this review for fear of it becoming crowded!!! I will go here at every opportunity.

This is one of the best urgent care doc-in a-box I've been to. The PA's and medical staff were very knowledgeable, thorough, and had a great sense of humor. They are pros who run a very tight ship. Highly recommended.

Husband showed up with his medical card ( he is a disability patient. Staff refused to see him. Told him it wasn't their job to look up his insurance information. What a joke.

well I just read a review that says exactly what I want to. This is long, but stick with it. The staff in the Plainwell office is great, but the billing department can't seem to do their job. My husband and I both had to be seen on the same day. His insurance needed an upfront payment of $125, mine did not. After insurance was billed, the spending account automatically sent them another $135 for each of us. That left my husbands bill paid twice, less $10. I called to figure it out. Good service via telehealth once you get in, but they charge up front for more than the co-pay or deductible and never refund the overage. We have tried for over 7 months to get the overpayment back, with a lot of phone calls and promises, but no resulting refund. Seems to be a pattern of fraud.

I went to Wellnow yesterday{on a Sunday 1.18.26} at 9:00 in the morning. There was only one truck there in parking lot and myself there at the time. I needed medical attention for a sinus infection and could not get into my primary for two weeks. Which is not acceptable since I have asthma and I had put myself on nebulizer treatments during my illness. The front desk charged me $60 to be seen.
