I was seen for a strained lower back, and I feel I was treated like a drug addict trying to get a fix. The PA never looked at my back and barely touched me during the exam. I told him I was on meloxicam and couldn't take ibuprofen, and I could almost see his eyes roll. He told me that prescribing pain relief was not in their protocol. I guess I should have maybe shaved and dressed better. Thankfully my real doctor can see me tomorrow. These guys are ok maybe if you have the sniffles, but I wouldn't recommend them. absolutely terrible literally the only person in the waiting room and absolutely no other patients in the back. I was the only on there.... after 25mins of wait time once I walked back to the room they literally were all just sitting there eating, laughing, not doing a damn thing. now that I'm here n the room I am once again waiting for another now 35 minutes and still haven't been seen. used to be a great asset to the area of Plainwell. Friendly staff, quick service, now they are nothing like they used to be don't recommend them any more and was so excited when they opened with my first couple of visits.

I would not recommend for the pure fact that they charged me $165 because they said my BCBS was not accepted. After further review, it was. After calling and speaking to 4 different staff, all days apart from each other, I was promised a call back from management. I never received a call, nor any care for such a difficult time I've had.

Staff kind enough. Very long wait- 2 hours to be seen when waiting room had 1-2 other well- appearing people in it. Would not recommend due to back office billing issues- have now called three times (no answer despite waiting 15 mins during one call), emailed at least 6 times to have a bill corrected (charged as a new patient on second visit) and told to contact my insurance company (the wrong insurance company), despite already knowing it is not covered by the actual insurance company. I would give "0" stars if I could. They charged me a copay even though my high deductible HSA (which has been met) does NOT have a copay. Would not see me unless I paid. Then I sat in a room for an hour waiting to be seen. When I asked the desk if they forgot about me, they blew me off and said they were busy. I scheduled the appointment; I was not a walk in. Save yourself some frustration and go somewhere else. BTW...I left and never was seen. After waiting in the room for over 2 hours, I had enough.

Walked in about 5:45 Friday evening with two people in the waiting area and the receptionist said they were so busy they probably wouldn't get to see us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
