Visited the WellNow Clinic in Kokomo, IN for a drug test and walked in without an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and efficient the whole process was, and I was able to leave with my results the same day. The staff kept things moving and didn't waste time, which I appreciated since this was a purely functional visit. Service was professional and straightforward but nothing flashy. I have recently been seen multiple times due to a work injury and have received exceptional care. Each visit I had a scheduled appointment and was in and out fairly quickly. Miranda, Twyla and Keisha are the three I received care from most of my visits. All three of these ladies were very friendly and listened to all of my concerns and never made me feel like they were in a rush to get me out which happens a lot in my experience with walk in clinics. The x-ray tech was great as well. Exceptional job ladies!!

Went to WellNow on 11/24/24. Had to get a DOT CDL Physical. My appt was for 8:30. I got in within 30 minutes and was seen by a very nice lady named Anna who was very sweet and helpful. She got my basics done quickly and then Amber came in and finished everything up quickly and professionally. I have been to this place before for work and was not impressed with the service I received but this time was fantastic. I want to thank the ladies for getting everything done in a quick and timely manner and being so friendly.

I had a copay of $35 to see the doctor and now they are charging me another $35 for a urine test. They did absolutely nothing for me. I ended up at the emergency room with a UTI and paid another $160.00. I will never return to this office. Watch what you are signing, they look for ways for you to pay them more. I have never, ever paid $35 (the same price as seeing the doctor) for a urine test!! It is horrible that they take advantage of seniors. Go to another urgent care unless you want to be overcharged!!

Sent an employee for a simple random drug screen. Made an appointment. Over two hours later he is still in the waiting room and the receptionist I spoke with was completely indifferent. Do not go to this location unless you absolutely have no other option!

Update: turns out they noted in her chart about a RUPTERED EAR DRUM AND NEVER TOLD US!!! I've now had to contact them a SECOND DAY in a row because they charged me and extra $40 on top of all this. I called my child's on call nurse at her PCP and they were more helpful and got my daughter ear drops sent in. This place is a joke and oh please contact us, I've done it 2 days in a row!!!

If I could give less than one star I would. Made an 1030 appt and am still waiting in the waiting room at noon. Was told the front has not control over who goes back when. Avoid this place at all costs. Customer Service with getting in is horrendous.

Urgent Care... but not very urgent. Waited 3 hours to be seen for a medical issue. More drug screens than medical care.

Son came here due to a work related injury involving extreme swelling and pain and he had to wait over 2 hours, received nothing for pain, and was told (after they thought his foot was broke) he should return to work and stand on a foot that was severely crushed. Doctor was rude and acted like my son was faking an injury even though his coworkers had to bring him to the office. They should have never got rid of the MedOnes because this place is awful and unprofessional!
