Everyone is so very kind and helpful. The lady at the front desk was kind and all the ladies I met when I was called back for my physical we’re so kind and helpful at explaining everything. Before I left they told me good luck on my new job. I left there feeling happy. I would recommend this clinic to family and friends. Absolutely!! Thank you all for the wonderful job you do!!
I made a recent visit here on a Saturday after feeling bad for about four days. I had to use a walk-in appointment, but I was pleasantly surprised with how well it was managed to keep me informed of where I was at next on the waiting list. Anna, who saw me first and took my vitals and gathered the information was so compassionate, efficient, and caring. She explained the tests that she was going to do and answered my questions. On March 4th I came into WellNow before closing time. My condition was a concussion from an accident at home. I was greeted by a receptionists who was very kind and understanding. The wait wasn't long were I was greeted by a staff that was cool, funny, and very professional. They got my info and told me the doctor will be coming in shortly. Very friendly people. I was thankful for Natalia who explained things well and gave me some help with my breathing problems. My favorite part about the visit was meeting Latasha. From the moment I met her she exuded joy. Her music set the atmosphere and made for a calm and peaceful environment. She was very attentive, kind hearted and caring. After not being able to get into my GP until Jan 8th and already suffering with a high fever for 5 days, I scheduled an appointment online for Christmas. The staff were friendly and nice. I had very little wait time and it was a positive atmosphere. Alexis did a great job. Miranda is the best of the best!
