I arrived after work from a finger injury, and they got me back within 5-10 minutes. The nurse assistant was very nice and gentle with cleaning my wound and the nurse was very quick and efficient in my care. Zero complaints!! That's rare
The staff is always helpful. We use this urgent care on the weekends when our primary care office is closed and we have always had a great experience. Helpful and caring staff. We use it for our 1 yo, 5 yo and myself. Our most recent visit was for my 5 yo she had a double ear infection the staff was very caring and kind they explained to her what they would be doing and helped make sure she felt at ease. I am always happy with the care we get there. Thank you!
I received timely and professional experience. I was a little nervous going to an urgent care clinic I haven’t been to before. Being a healthcare professional myself I knew what to look for. Each staff I came in contact with was amazing 10/10. This is random, but this clinic had a slushy machine… that’s freakin awesome!!
I was sicker than I remember ever being and couldn't get in to my doctor. Went to Wellnow, had 6 in front of me and I was dreading the wait. Surprisingly it wasn't bad. After getting in, examined and x-rayed I was only there a little over an hour. Treated for bronchitis and sinus infection. Everyone was so kind. My expectations were far exceeded. That kindness is so appreciated anytime but especially when you are feeling at your worst. Thank you all ♥️
I brought my daughter 10 years old in to be seen in the clinic. My daughter was greeted by PCT/RT, Lindsay who was very gentle and made my daughter feel safe. I was so impressed with Lindsay's professionalism and kindness during the whole visit! 10/10! Then my daughter was seen by Miranda Tedder, NP. Miranda listened to my daughter about what was going on and teamed my daughter and I with so much respect!
