I was seen on July 4. And with that being a holiday, I have never been in an urgent care that from the beginning of my experience to the end everybody was amazing the receptionist the nurse practitioner everybody the doctor was amazing even the x-ray lady was. They had a little complication with the x-ray machine and they kept me informed about it. Miranda was super helpful. Everyone was super nice. Can’t remember ladies name the gave me shots but she did great. Overall a good and fairly quick experience
I arrived after work from a finger injury, and they got me back within 5-10 minutes. The nurse assistant was very nice and gentle with cleaning my wound and the nurse was very quick and efficient in my care. Zero complaints!! That's rare
The staff is always helpful. We use this urgent care on the weekends when our primary care office is closed and we have always had a great experience. Helpful and caring staff. We use it for our 1 yo, 5 yo and myself. Our most recent visit was for my 5 yo she had a double ear infection the staff was very caring and kind they explained to her what they would be doing and helped make sure she felt at ease. I am always happy with the care we get there. Thank you!
My experience was wonderful. Natalia was very thorough and kind. She listened to me, and didn’t just treat me like I was number. She and her staff were very friendly and personable!
