Son came here due to a work related injury involving extreme swelling and pain and he had to wait over 2 hours, received nothing for pain, and was told (after they thought his foot was broke) he should return to work and stand on a foot that was severely crushed. Doctor was rude and acted like my son was faking an injury even though his coworkers had to bring him to the office. They should have never got rid of the MedOnes because this place is awful and unprofessional!
VERY slow service. Front desk staff is not properly trained, billing gets mixed up easily (happened to me twice here). Only reason I go here is because my employer sends me. Working on getting my employer to find an alternative.
This place is a joke. I came in to be seen for mastitis. All I needed was a prescription for antibiotics. They said that it wasn't in their scope of practice and that they could check me in, but they would be sending me to the ER. I work in healthcare, this is an absolute ridiculous statement. I go to the ER, wait 2 hours (because I am not emergent). The ER triage nurse laughs when I tell him that the urgent care sent me here.
