Staff was amazing from the front desk to the two girls in the back. I can’t remember both of their names but one was Danielle. Had a great experience taking my son. He promised he would take a picture of himself in his cool green sunglasses they gave him while on his school field trip.

I feel like the quality of care depends heavily on which provider is in for the day. I have taken my daughter here a couple of times (different provider each time), and she's been treated well every time. When I went for a suspicious tick bite, I had a very dismissive provider who didn't even look at me for more than two seconds. The staff at the desk and in intake are friendly and helpful at least

I’ve been a patient at WellNow quite a few times over the past couple of years. One of my favorite things about this Urgent Care is that you can schedule a time slot ahead to avoid having to wait in the waiting room for long periods of time. With healthcare being what it is right now it’s hard to get into specialists for medications I need, in a timely manner, that also accept my insurance. I have relied on Well Now before for intermittent urgent care needs and have always been satisfied with the help of staff and medical personnel. This most recent visit was frustrating when I was told to check in on my phone. Not feeling well and experiencing pain around my eyes made it difficult to manage that process. The attendant check in person did ultimately help but, it was a true nuisance. We had the best experience ever last night at this urgent care! Ashleigh at the front desk was very kind, our nurse Brenda went above and beyond and the doctor (Kimberly I believe) was very kind with great bedside manner! We were brought back within 10 minutes, got our diagnosis quickly, and then they gave my daughter bubbles and a slushy after being seen!
