Amazing customer service. My toddler was acting strange and started a fever on Christmas Eve. They got us in right away and we were able to get his ear infection treated quickly. The office was very clean and the doctor was prompt and to the point. In and out in an hour and half. Highly recommend. Also the lady at the front desk was amazing!

Had an overwhelming positive experience. Office staff were friendly and helpful. Nurses and nurse practitioner--Danielle, Kaylee, Madison, and Heather--were thorough and addressed my issues directly. Got the meds I needed right away.

I wanted to leave a review, as I have not been sent one through email. I saw the doctor at 7:30 am on 11/11/23. I was so thankful to realize my sinus infection would be taken seriously and had numerous meds called in to the pharmacy for me. Doctor was professional and caring and the staff was excellent as well. Thank you for the great care!
Health care services are really under a lot of pressure right now given a terrible flu season. I feel for them. That said, I went to WellNow due to a flare up in a chronic condition (one that i had been seen for several times there). My attending practitioner did not address my previous reasons for visiting there and just repeated "everyone's sick." Her recommended prescription wouldn't have helped my symptoms. then she just walked out of the room. And I was out $180 with no treatment. I still think WellNow is a great... read more

Sent me a bill owing 107.66 and after paid sent another bill saying owed another for 26.92 for discount that I did not get. Called NY office 3 times and they will not remove the additional billed amount. Horrible corporate office to deal with in NY, Jackson office can't help. Office needs cleaning.

Anyone who needs a 10 point test that you pay which is $85, their machine is down, non-existent. They won't tell you that until they AFTER they take your your money, what they do tell you is: "oh by the way, our machine is messed up we have to send out your results to the lab with an unknown unidentified timeframe. One person tells you one to two days. Two days go by and the next person tells you 3 to 5 days then when you question her she goes well we really don't have a time when it comes back and says we just throw numbers... read more

the worst experience at an urgent care I have ever had. waited over an hour just to not be seen & to let 4 other people go before me. people who were there after me. never coming back to this place, again. 10/10 do not recommend

Wait times are horrible. Had my four year old here and spent over two hours waiting to be seen.

I took my child in for a wrist injury, but no where on their web registration does it ask what they are being seen for. I was charged immediately for a co-pay. Once my child was seen they tell me they don't have an xray technician on Tuesdays. It wasn't posted anywhere, asked what they were being seen for, or anything prior to being taken back into a room.
