Had an overwhelming positive experience. Office staff were friendly and helpful. Nurses and nurse practitioner--Danielle, Kaylee, Madison, and Heather--were thorough and addressed my issues directly. Got the meds I needed right away.

I wanted to leave a review, as I have not been sent one through email. I saw the doctor at 7:30 am on 11/11/23. I was so thankful to realize my sinus infection would be taken seriously and had numerous meds called in to the pharmacy for me. Doctor was professional and caring and the staff was excellent as well. Thank you for the great care!

Sent me a bill owing 107.66 and after paid sent another bill saying owed another for 26.92 for discount that I did not get. Called NY office 3 times and they will not remove the additional billed amount. Horrible corporate office to deal with in NY, Jackson office can't help. Office needs cleaning.

Anyone who needs a 10 point test that you pay which is $85, their machine is down, non-existent. They won't tell you that until they AFTER they take your your money, what they do tell you is: "oh by the way, our machine is messed up we have to send out your results to the lab with an unknown unidentified timeframe. One person tells you one to two days. Two days go by and the next person tells you 3 to 5 days then when you question her she goes well we really don't have a time when it comes back and says we just throw numbers... read more

the worst experience at an urgent care I have ever had. waited over an hour just to not be seen & to let 4 other people go before me. people who were there after me. never coming back to this place, again. 10/10 do not recommend

I took my child in for a wrist injury, but no where on their web registration does it ask what they are being seen for. I was charged immediately for a co-pay. Once my child was seen they tell me they don't have an xray technician on Tuesdays. It wasn't posted anywhere, asked what they were being seen for, or anything prior to being taken back into a room. My daughter and I had a positive experience with the staff and received great care. However, the billing has been a total nightmare. I paid our balances the day we received our bills in the mail over 7 months ago. Though I have receipts proving WellNow withdrew money from our card, it never posted to our account. Since then we have gotten threatening letters and calls. No one at WellNow billing has been able to help me. Got sent here for a urine drop for work. Been here over an hour and people that came after me are being seen before me.I don't think this is a part of what they do here.

They take you in fairly quickly. Nursing staff are ok. Doctors are ok The place is obscenely dirty, this is a medical clinic so they should have high standards of clean. Been here twice been in 2 different rooms and both grossed me out!!
