Absolutely fing awful. The lady lost and messed up my urine test TWICE!! Now have to drive 59 minutes away to take another one because the lady can't do her job right here. Do not go here!!!

terrible wait time two hours for a sports physical and the waiting room had only THREE OTHER PEOPLE no wonder these places go out of business
