Do NOT go here! SAVE your time, go somewhere else! Read the bad reviews they tucked to the bottom. They are all consistent complaints about the staff that have no consideration about time. The front lady was very nice and my nurse was doing what she could but the doctor whoever she may be last name LAVIN no. Very Rude, inconsiderate and obviously can’t handle her role at a med check! I really appreciate going to this place that I went to for my CDL physical they was very nice very friendly and I went about 2 years ago but I didn't know they changed the name cuz I had always had a good experience with the other name as well it was under but nothing has changed to me these people are very nice very friendly the front desk was very friendly and also the person who come and get you to put you back into the room and take your blood pressure and as well as everything else and then the doctor come and do your ... read more
I had brought my daughter in the day before Thanksgiving. The front desk attendant was so polite and efficient! Zada, our check in nurse was very personable and smiley! She answered all of our questions and took her time to assess my daughter. The Dr. showed real concern for my daughter and walked us through her diagnosis and at home care in great detail! We were checked in and seen quickly and didn’t have to wait! I am so grateful they were working the day before Thanksgiving and we had a great experience!
I had a good experience here from the time I walked in the door. The employee at the desk helped me with my insurance section of the paperwork, the medical assistant was very nice and showed compassion because I was in a lot of pain from a cut on my finger and the practitioner was great too, as she explained what treatment she was going to do and what I should do when I get home. I hope the treatment I got on this evening is the treatment everyone gets every day.
I highly recommend this center! I took 3 of my girls in and the staff treated them like family. We booked appointment the night before and arrived first thing in the morning. Handled registration with front desk and everything was seamless from that point on. I appreciate the doctor seeing all 3 of my daughters together and appreciate his attention to detail. Thanks again Dr. Copeland!!! We will definitely be back if needed.
