Appointment or not you are waiting for 2+ hours. This is the biggest joke of an urgent care and should be called "on our time" care. There's no sense of urgency with anyone that works here nor seem to care. Just a bunch of zombies wasting time waiting for the clock to hit 8pm.

This place sucks. My son went in and 3 hours later was still sitting there. When he asked how long was told another 2 hours. Are you kidding me? Most of the patients waiting left. NEVER going again. Bullshit.

you keep billing us for something that was already payed THREE TIMES!!! Not only that you said our insurance went through and we was fine then two months after you send us a bill we call our insurance they said it was payed multiple times! it's been over a year and you keep sending the same bill every month!

Awful. We arrived at 4:55P, they close at 8P. The lobby was empty and we were encouraged to leave because the Doctor was about to go to lunch. My spouse had a high fever & chills post surgery. Do NOT go here if you want Urgent Care.

We scheduled an appointment online. We received a text from WellNow confirming the appointment. When we arrived we discovered that the doors were locked and the office was closed. I don't understand why they allow people to schedule appointments if they're going to be closed.

WellNow management does not care about their employees especially those who are dealing with life changing illnesses so how can you expect them to care about you or your family? i know an employee that just found out they had an chronic illness with a long paper trail of medical paperwork everytime they had to go to the hospital and they didnt care one bit about that young womans mental health or physical health. they need more compassionate people in upper management that actually knows how to open they mouth and speak and ... read more

Went in after scheduling online and sending in all of my insurance information. When I got to the front desk, the lady took my info again and let me know for whatever reason Cigna isn't working. She was directed to call Cigna in her system. She had me make that call. After the call, Cigna told me they cannot get Benefits and Eligibility from the insurance card and has to go to the Unified website. If I can give this place a zero I would. Arrived at my 8 AM appointment 10 minutes early. It is 8:22 AM the urgent care facility has yet to open its doors. Didn't receive an email, text, or any notification that the urgent care will be closed.
