Went in on a Sunday morning, seen immediately, intake Alyssa was absolutely awesome, saw my degree of pain and made intake super easy. Ann took my details, Derek did an X-ray, and Jason figured it all out. These people were friendly and positive and awesome at every step and even helped me out of the building. Alyssa was super-clear about the cost, which was a concern of mine. The building itself is pretty tough--no double or automatic doors, and you must go through two heavy single doors to get in. Went to get checked out and they stopped taking my insurance. Trying to make their money. They were respectful but could not help. Went somewhere else.
Julia and staff were so kind to take me in just before closing. I felt extremely bad and I would have been irritated if that were me. Nope, not them. They were all super friendly, and got me in and got me the right medicine. I really appreciate it! Thank you all so much! Highly recommend this place. Not to hangout at, but if you’re sick.
Everyone from the gentleman at the front desk to the nurse practitioner was professional and accommodating. They took their time helping me understand the process . I was in for a physical that was part of the onboarding process for employment. I was nervous because the instructions were very specific and mentioned a delay in hiring if I did not have a physician signature. Beautiful, clean and well maintained facility. The entire staff is caring, respectful professional, knowledgeable, kind and supportive. I was visiting my family here in NY and developed an illness that was tested and treated expeditiously. I highly recommend Wellnow Urgent Care Clinic!
