I came here for a pre-employment drug screening. The waiting room, testing room, and lab area were all very clean. And the receptionist, Ramón, was friendly and helpful as was the lab tech, Jazzarae. (sp?) It was mid-day on the Friday before Memorial Day, and there was only one other person waiting. I especially appreciated how welcoming they were of my service dog. I will be sure to visit this facility if I need urgent care!

I visited last week as a walk in patient, and even though there was only one patient in front of me, it still took almost an hour to get called out of the waiting room. The doctor I had did not treat my symptoms well, and I ended up going to a different WellNow a few days later and received a proper diagnosis and medication. I would not recommend this WellNow location.

Do not waste your time here. I never come here because it's terrible but I had to for pre employment screening. Not only did they need to reschedule twice because they can't take blood on the weekend. I ended up waiting over an hour to get my blood work done. What's the point of having an appointment? It's also totally empty. no patients in, no patients out. Least efficient urgent care I've ever seen

We are an employer that send people for pre employment screening or if our employees are injured. They have no problem accepting our payments however when it comes to follow through with paperwork they are horrible!!! I had to call the location three times to get them to email me the paperwork, meanwhile we can't hire this employee until we receive the paperwork.

They are very slow. I came here twice on different occasions and there were very few patients. Maybe they don't have enough doctors, but there is no reason I should have to wait over 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment to be seen... Additionally the front desk people are not very friendly, (it was 2 different women each time i went). They lacked customer service skills. The girl that took my vitals (no name tag) reeked with the smell of pot. Checked in online with a designated time and still had to wait 30 minutes.

I was transferred from one WellNow because there was no provider and told to go to this branch for X-rays. We ran here and were told we could not get X-rays.

This place is the absolute worst excuse for Urgent Care. The girl at the front desk has no customer service skills. Rude and very unprofessional. I was shocked to see nobody was wearing a mask. The nurse came out with mask around her chin. 4 people in waiting room, all masked up. You can't begin to call them, it's an endless cycle. I made an appointment for 10am and I arrived at 940am. The young lady at the counter took me back right away and within 10 minutes Luis took my vitals and reason for my visit. Then I waited and waited! The nurse practitioner/doctor treated the person in the room next to me and then it was dead silent, and I mean I didn't hear the staff talking with each other and I waited over a f$cling hour!
