I had a great experience. Front desk was very patient as I had to pull up my insurance card from the website since I accidentally brought an old card. Was brought back promptly to be seen (I had zero wait time without an appointment). Elizabeth explained everything very clearly. Will use this urgent care again when in need.
Terrible care and terrible treatment. I have to go here because I have out of state insurance, and I can name at least 5 times that I have went and have had the absolute worst care I've ever seen. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I work in healthcare and have worked in MANY different facilities, and I have never seen anything like this place. They are so disrespectful and clearly hate their life, so if you don't want to help people, don't work in health care. I waited 2 hours for a scan, and I eventually left but still got billed. First time Visiting a WellNow Urgent Care! I loved the care and the attention I got, very friendly front desk staff! Most helpful and caring! The PA that saw me was very attentive and had compassion. Would definitely recommend!
Jason was great, he is the nurse practitioner on site. I personally prefer that over a doctor as they take the time to actually listen to your concerns and hear what you are saying instead of immediately trying to diagnose the issue and skip details you gave them. He’s always on point and will tell you not to hesitate to come back and follow up if the issue doesn’t get better. guests checking themselves in while staff is sitting right there is crazy. what’s even crazier is the nurse in the room was writing down my personal information down on pen and paper and struggling to remember all the right questions to ask. seems like maybe the staff should be running the ipads.
