I had an appointment which was so easy to make thanks to the scheduling service and I went to the WellNow clinic of 235 Winton Rd , Rochester , NY . Clinic is really clean and neat and the personnel are absolutely amazing . Front desk , Kathleen was fantastic , professional , friendly and very knowledgeable. My RN was Melissa and she’s was fantastic as well , great positive attitude , friendly and also fantastic at her job . Completely unsatisfied with the service here. Came to this location because this is where my job sent me to get a drug screening. There are only 3 of us here at the moment and I was told that it would be over a 3hr wait to be seen. I am not understanding how that is when there are literally only 3 of us present to be seen. Not to mention I stood in line for 5 mins for someone to come in after me and the front desk associate acted like I was invisible and took the woman behind me first. 0/10 recommend. Very clean and professional environment. Everyone from the front desk to Susan NP are just exceptional. I've worked in healthcare in some top hospitals since 2006 and this was by far the best experience. Service was swift and affordable. Discharge teaching was on point. I witnessed the staff trying to get a ride for a stuck patient. 100% recommend.
