This place is the absolute worst excuse for Urgent Care. The girl at the front desk has no customer service skills. Rude and very unprofessional. I was shocked to see nobody was wearing a mask. The nurse came out with mask around her chin. 4 people in waiting room, all masked up. You can't begin to call them, it's an endless cycle. I made an appointment for 10am and I arrived at 940am. The young lady at the counter took me back right away and within 10 minutes Luis took my vitals and reason for my visit. Then I waited and waited! The nurse practitioner/doctor treated the person in the room next to me and then it was dead silent, and I mean I didn't hear the staff talking with each other and I waited over a f$cling hour! Lying sacks of shit! CLOSED during listed hours. Door locked, so I called, navigated the automated phone system until they told me they'd transfer me to a human. Let it ring for TEN MINUTES before I finally hung up. And even if there was some catastrophic emergency like the whole staff got food poisoning, how bout a sign on the door? Maybe a message on the answering service? NOPE. They clearly don't understand the meaning of the word "urgent.".
