My daughter hurt her ankle and I brought her here for an x ray. The office is very clean and welcoming. The staff were very competent and kind. The whole appointment was very easy and stress free and my daughter was so happy there was a slushy machine in the waiting area. If anyone in my family needs medical attention in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to go here again.
I came here late on a Saturday afternoon expecting there to be a wait but ended up having a great experience. The place was clean and immaculate. Snacks and beverages in the waiting room. I was seen immediately with no wait time and every staff member I came across was phenomenal. All very friendly, competent and compassionate people. I had an excellent experience at WellNow urgent care. The staff was incredibly professional, caring and attentive from start to finish. The wait time was minimum and the facility was clean and well organized, making sure I felt comfortable and I truly appreciate the compassionate care I received and would highly recommend WellNow Urgent care to anyone in need of quick and reliable healthcare!
My visit to WellNow Urgent Care Newburgh was great. Luckily there was no wait time, the triage nurse in the front was friendly, professional and informative! She took me inside to be seen right away. The RN was super nice as well. The Doctor was super nice as well and great bedside manners!
They were so fast! I was seen almost immediately. The receptionist offered and helped me fill out forms. They were very considerate with my needs and were above and beyond professional. This is the best, fastest, kindest urgent care facility I’ve ever been to. They had test results within about 15 minutes and my prescription was ready at the pharmacy before I arrived. They have recently opened. There are refreshments and snacks in the waiting room. I definitely would recommend this place.
