I visited the location as a walk in. The wait time was only a few minutes. Brandon was my assistant/nurse, he was knowledgeable, friendly & great. I'm not a fan of needles but he's clearly a pro because I didn't even realized he was already drawing blood. Great experience, thanks to Brandon!! Front desk could have been a little nicer but maybe they were having a bad day- no big deal.
This was a walk-in visit for a sinus infection/upper respiratory infection. I was greeted politely and promptly by the receptionist and then waited less than 10 minutes to be seen by a very knowledgeable and caring PA or NP (don't recall which) and I had an excellent experience. She was very thorough, asked great questions, answered all of my questions and sent out a prescription to my pharmacy after explaining what to do/not do to resolve my symptoms. WellNow is a very clean, efficient and thorough place for certain types of illnesses and diagnoses. My recent visit was for ear and throat ache. Rapid strep test done ( negative) and exam of ears via computerized tools and tele- consult. Dr recommrnded a flushing of ears and re- exam so she could have better picture of extent of infection and prescribe right antibiotics. I registered and booked online. Today was my first time using Wellnow urgent care and it was an amazing experience! The facility is organized and well kept, and they even have a little table of refreshments available in the waiting room. Both the nurse and doctor who took care of me were beyond kind and professional. I absolutely recommend this place!!
