No one smiled from the guy that checked me in to the covid/flu testing, then the NP walked in very abruptly and asked me what my problem was! Wow!!! She asked me if I wanted to be swabbed and I told her I already was (get it together) then she acted annoyed and said to wait while she discharged me. I had to ask, "are my ears red, throat?". I had my lab work done a week ago and they said they call me with the results. It's been a week now they do not have a phone number. The receptionist was the nastiest person. I think I've ever met at a doctors office. They're withholding my lab work I've tried every which way, but loose to get it. You cannot go on the patient portal. I can't get through. I will never I mean never go here again they are the worst. I can make a complaint which I am doing and it's also considered a malpractice lawsuit.

This place is a joke, I wish I could give negative stars! The positive reviews must be staff or paid for. My wife is sick and they told us on the phone it would be a two hour wait. We came down, waited two hours and were told there are still 15 people in front of her. We've been here now approaching 4 hours and we've watched her name go from 15 to 5 to 7 to 5 again. I don't know how they are going to learn more about my concerns when after I provided the contact information to them (which they already had) I have yet to hear back from them. I guess it's time to contact the BBB.
