I have no issues with the service or providers there. They were all wonderful. But as a warning to other parents (and hopefully some reconsideration by the administrators here)....they have a giant slushie machine right when you walk in, in the middle of the waiting room. I'm not against treats like that for kids when parents decide it is appropriate, but when my kids are sick, the last thing I want them to eat or drink is something filled with sugar like a slushie! If I could give 0 stars I would. The PA on staff misdiagnosed my daughter. My daughter had been coughing for several days and pneumonia was rampant in the schools. After her cough became worse, I took her to WellNow. The PA diagnosed her with "allergies" after I refused a COVID test. The next day I took her to her pediatrician who diagnosed her with pneumonia. The staff here is wonderful, which is why I gave any stars at all. And it's because of the wonderful staff that it's unfortunate their billing department is so awful. I am always charged the wrong co-pay amount, my bills are always messed up, and I have to make several phone calls for each incident before it's resolved. I was once overcharged by $80, then they reimbursed me twice on accident and without my knowledge, so then they came back to me with a bill to repay the extra $80 again that they didn't mean to send.
