I came in due to low blood pressure and dizziness. I was seen right away. The receptionist was very thorough. Val the NP took very good care of me. She had excellent bedside manners, showed genuine compassion, demonstrated professional knowledge and even followed up later that evening which was very impressive.
This is a great urgent care. Everyone is very friendly, it is very well run, and very clean. Our nurse practitioner, Val, was kind, gentle, and interactive with our son. she also took the time to patiently walk us through the diagnosis and the treatment. Awesome experience overall. Highly recommend. Making an appointment online was also convenient.
Positive experience from start to finish. Walked in with my mom, who had fallen and hurt her wrist, 15 minutes before closing on a weekend. I was not looking forward to the anticipated, annoyed welcome for coming in right before closing. Instead, we received a warm, friendly welcome from Daniel at the front desk, followed by a kind smile and gentle disposition from Layla ( I believe that was her name). Was easy to schedule a time for us to bring our son in. All forms were done online, so little to no wait time once we arrived. The facility is very clean and welcoming. Jennelyn was very kind and had his vitals checked and swabs/tests taken quickly with fast results. We were provided with care instructions upon discharge. Loved the Slush Puppie drinks once we left…great touch!
It was a Tuesday about 4:30 pm. My daughter had flu symptoms and needed to be seen and there was an hour and half wait at another immediate care close by so we came here. After the forms were filled out we waited maybe 10 minutes. The nurse Practioner we saw was very caring and knowledgeable. And on our way out, my daughter was super excited to make herself a frozen slushy! What a great touch to make sick patients feel a little better! Would not hesitate to come here again.
