Positive experience from start to finish. Walked in with my mom, who had fallen and hurt her wrist, 15 minutes before closing on a weekend. I was not looking forward to the anticipated, annoyed welcome for coming in right before closing. Instead, we received a warm, friendly welcome from Daniel at the front desk, followed by a kind smile and gentle disposition from Layla ( I believe that was her name). This is a great urgent care. Everyone is very friendly, it is very well run, and very clean. Our nurse practitioner, Val, was kind, gentle, and interactive with our son. she also took the time to patiently walk us through the diagnosis and the treatment. Awesome experience overall. Highly recommend. Making an appointment online was also convenient.
I scheduled an appt to be called and told they’re having plumbing issues so they are behind. I tried to get more information so I could make an educated decision on what would be best for my daughter and her condition and they were not helpful at all. It seemed like they were wanting people to cancel their appointments if I’m being honest. Physicians immediate is def the way to go. Never have to wait and their staff actually tries to assist!
I highly recommend WellNow Urgent care. My daughter and I were there yesterday and everyone was beyond welcoming and nice. Atmosphere there was very peaceful and calming. The nurse was extremely friendly with my baby and kept her feeling comfortable which never really happens at any doctors or hospital we go too so it’s a huge plus! Thank you everyone for being kind and caring and the doctor treating us nicely and not making me feel like I’m crazy with all my symptoms lol… Keep doing what you all do. Pleasantly surprised by this location. It takes urgent care experience up to the next level. Entire staff was so sweet even though it was Sunday night. They genuinely seem to care. The nurse practioner was amazing. She had excellent tips and advice on how to combat the virus my wife and I are battling.
