Everyone was kind, attentive and professional. The 3 staff members I interacted with were all patient and friendly. I felt listened to and the doctor was really nice. I was seen quickly and they were able to test my infection and prescribe me an appropriate antibiotic right away. I am feeling much better thankfully. Thanks so much, I will visit again for any urgent care needs.

DOT exam. First time visit. The Latham location team at WellNow worked with me for an extended duration of my visit, beyond an hour. On a typical busy day of appointments. They didn’t have to, but did. For that I am grateful. To allow me to contact and gather info necessary as forms and data from my physician network in Pennsylvania, Rather than send me out, without my DOT commercial drivers exam completed, I was issued a company vehicle that very afternoon— because they led me— through what to gather by emails/fax through t... read more

I had to go to the well now in Latham NY IN the old Latham circle mall. I just loved everyone who worked there. What incredibly nice and professional people. IT was so refreshing. Kindness goes very far with me! They deserve a big raise

Shanya, Madison, Alyssa, Scott and Albert were great! I scheduled my appointment, showed up, received treatment and was released all within 3 hours, same day. I 100% recommend Wellnow and this location in particular for urgent care needs.

The staff here are great. I tend to have “white coat syndrome” but I felt at ease the other day. Albert Green was phenomenal. Really made it feel like he cared. I highly recommend going here if you need to get looked at.
