Excellent experience. Made an appointment and seen on time. NP Sterling was attentive to my concerns, considered my symptoms and provided appropriate and effective treatment. He went above and beyond so as to be cautious and order an x-ray as well. Best urgent care I have utilized.
Walked in on a Sunday and was seen quickly. From the front desk to walking out, the entire staff was knowledgeable and professional. The Provider on duty made sure to thank every single person he saw, for coming in today as he walked them out. I will be sure to choose this Urgent Care if I need to see somebody between appointments at my primary.
My experience was that I was handled in the order that I came in and I was given care and attention when the PA saw me very professional and kind and caring gave me a nebulizer treatment when she noticed I was having a hard time breathing 😮💨. After listening to my lungs 🫁 she preferred some things be ordered for me to pick up at the pharmacy… all in all my appointment went smooth and I was out of the in 2hrs and off to pick up my medicine to ❤️🩹 feel better. Everyone at WellNow Latham was very kind, helpful & efficient. From the intake coordinator to the PA who treated me I felt they were genuinely concerned & would do their best to help me. I highly recommend WellNow to anyone needing medical care when their own provider is unavailable.
I went to WellNow Urgent Care for a procedure and was very impressed with everyone, from doctor to nurses, assistants and front desk personnel. Everyone was professional, well trained and a pleasure to deal with. The only thing I’ll mention that has nothing to do with my treatment is that (like many other facilities) the name changes as others acquire facilities makes it hard to know who you’re dealing with!!
