Made an appointment on their website which was easy and convenient. After arriving waited about 5- 10 minute and out within 45 minutes. Seems like a well managed medical office. Would go there again if needed.
Everyone here was extremely friendly and Dr. Giordano truly was the best!! He broke down everything in easy to understand terms and diagnostics. He felt he was talking to much but I appreciate everything he told me and let me know exactly what they were going to do and all the options I had and if one thing didn’t work then he would get me something else. I’ve never had a doctor seem to care so much and I appreciate it. I would recommend this site to everyone if you’re in a pinch and your Dr can’t get you in fast enough.
Pros: staff are nice and facility is clean. The Dr and nurse are very kind and professional. Cons: I’ve been here several times and each time I had to wait 3 hours, even with an appointment. They only have one doctor on staff. I just needed them to give me referral for a blood test.
We brought my son to Well Now Urgent Care in Latham to care for injuries he sustained in a bike accident. We were 100% pleased and impressed! The space is modern, extremely clean and comfortable. I’m talking massage chairs in the internal waiting room comfortable. I had an amazing experience today. From the front desk to the provider, everyone was super friendly and kind. They listened to my issue and quickly treated me. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who needs care.
