My experience was that I was handled in the order that I came in and I was given care and attention when the PA saw me very professional and kind and caring gave me a nebulizer treatment when she noticed I was having a hard time breathing 😮💨. After listening to my lungs 🫁 she preferred some things be ordered for me to pick up at the pharmacy… all in all my appointment went smooth and I was out of the in 2hrs and off to pick up my medicine to ❤️🩹 feel better. Was not my usual dr. I was sent there for x rays after a fall because no xray tech was available at Newton Med which I am VERY happy with. (Never more than 1/2 wait in 2 years. ) The doctor I saw at Wellnow, Scott, was wonderful but the wait was 3 1/2 hrs because the poor guy was the only attending.
I must say this has been one of the best Urgent Care experiences I've ever had. Dr DeJesus amazing, nurses/staff amazing, both made you feel comfortable, check-in was easy and the place was clean. I'll definitely return if I ever need to.
Wait is a lil long, but I think that's to b expected at any walk in medical facility. The staff is great. Front desk lady was very nice. Joanna Dejesus was friendly and knowledgeable. And once I did get seen, the nurse got me in n out. They really do try to get u in n out. I'm sure they don't want us there any longer than we need to b. ❤️
I had an excellent experience at this site. The people were kind, helpful and professional. I appreciated that they checked my lungs with an X-ray to determine where my cough was coming from. A course of treatment was clearly explained and most importantly it worked. I plan on using this site again in the future
