Facilities were clean, if not cozy. Staff knowledgeable. I was treated like a real person. Felt cared for and seen. Like a family friend, even, once I was in the examining room. Treatment worked (which is most important). I waited more than I wanted to with an appointment, but not too long where I wondered if they forgot me. (Just know appointments aren't guaranteed. They did have a screen showing the order in which I was expected to be seen.)
I went to WellNow on Sunday 1/11/18 around 7:15pm. Come to find out they were closing at 7:30 even though the website said the closing time was 9pm, but that’s another story. However, the staff was more than accommodating. They were all awesome! Unfortunately at 75 I don’t remember anyone’s names but I could pick them out in a line up. Ha ha. Our 1st experience at WellNow Urgent Care Latham was awesome! From the moment we walked in, receptionist Mya was friendly and helpful. We knew urgent care normally takes longer than a regular doctor appointment, but Mya took the time to apologize and explain the wait time. We were actually able to grab a snack across the street while we waited for our appointment. Upon our return, we were greeted with hot coffee and cold slushies! Very calm place. They offer coffee or tea while you wait. They also have a slushie machine with 2 different flavors. The wait was nonexistent. Very Kind staff. Treated me as Family. I will definitely return if needed. Thank you guys for treating me with the respect I deserve. And the care you gave
Short wait time, very kind and professional staff, and an excellent doctor. He was knowledgeable, listened carefully, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Highly recommend.
