Our experience at WellNow Urgent Care Latham was awesome! From the moment we walked in, receptionist Mya was friendly and helpful. We knew urgent care normally takes longer than a regular doctor appointment, but Mya took the time to apologize and explain the wait time. We were actually able to grab a snack across the street while we waited for our appointment. Upon our return, we were greeted with hot coffee and cold slushies! The doctor was great - very polite and professional and Angela went above and beyond for me. Made me feel comfortable and not like I was bothering her like some other urgent care facilities. They are awesome over there!! 11 stars!!
I recently visited WellNow Urgent Care while visiting a friend out of town on a Sundsy and had a generally positive experience. The wait was a bit longer than I expected, but the staff kept me informed about the delay, so there were no surprises. In fact, I was seen sooner than the estimated wait time they provided. Everyone here was extremely friendly and Dr. Giordano truly was the best!! He broke down everything in easy to understand terms and diagnostics. He felt he was talking to much but I appreciate everything he told me and let me know exactly what they were going to do and all the options I had and if one thing didn’t work then he would get me something else. I’ve never had a doctor seem to care so much and I appreciate it. I would recommend this site to everyone if you’re in a pinch and your Dr can’t get you in fast enough.
