The doctors were really nice. They tried for an hour to get the glass out of my foot but it was stuck. They recommended epsom salt at home which helped alot with the pain and moving the glass. I was able to get it out. It took me a few hours and found a piece of glass shaped like a tiny fan. Now i see why it hurt so much. It was pointy side up making a bigger hole on the way out. My experience was that I was handled in the order that I came in and I was given care and attention when the PA saw me very professional and kind and caring gave me a nebulizer treatment when she noticed I was having a hard time breathing 😮💨. After listening to my lungs 🫁 she preferred some things be ordered for me to pick up at the pharmacy… all in all my appointment went smooth and I was out of the in 2hrs and off to pick up my medicine to ❤️🩹 feel better. Wait is a lil long, but I think that's to b expected at any walk in medical facility. The staff is great. Front desk lady was very nice. Joanna Dejesus was friendly and knowledgeable. And once I did get seen, the nurse got me in n out. They really do try to get u in n out. I'm sure they don't want us there any longer than we need to b. ❤️
I must say this has been one of the best Urgent Care experiences I've ever had. Dr DeJesus amazing, nurses/staff amazing, both made you feel comfortable, check-in was easy and the place was clean. I'll definitely return if I ever need to.
I had an excellent experience with the the care and concern I received last night when I was in a good deal of distress. From the check in process to the care from Scott and his cohorts I was treated with kindness and concern. They advised and helped streamline the process to get me the help I needed. I am very grateful and pleased that in a time when things seem to be going the other way there are nice people out there who truly want to help! Thank you all!!
