I brought my daughter in to be seen for potential strep throat. The online appointment process was very simple once in the building the registration process and co payment was very simple to take care of and the wait time was the least amount of time I’ve ever sat in a doctor’s office waiting to be seen. The receptionist’s were very professional and very nice. The nurses were very sweet to my daughter. It was a great experience. From start to finish I had the most excellent experience I've ever had at a urgent care. Everyone was exceptionally kind and got the job done in no time. I'd like to specifically thank the doctor who is so nice and so laid back and made the right call by sending me to the hospital. Today I can say I feel 10 times better and can't thank him enough. I'm a firm believer that attitude is everything and they all had a fantastic attitude. Thank you all of you for a fabulous visit. Happy holidays to you!!!!
I went in for a sinus infection from the moment I walked in. It was an easy quick process. I was in the waiting room less than 10 minutes. They even have a slushy machine awesome and they have a cute area for kids. The nurse was quick and efficient and Miss Garner was very thorough, Caring and educated. It was a quick process so I was very happy with that as I did not feel good. I will be going back if needed thank you to all the staff.
Other than some minor confusion at the front desk, went fairly smooth. Registered, paid, checked in online. Had a numbered spot when I walked in. I was already allset, however, the receptionist needed to exercise their authority over me and click the mouse 37 timed to verify that I was allset. Was able to get into the docs office within 10 minutes of my scheduled time. Doc was thorough and explained everything well. Less than an hour , decent care, at an Urgent care. Awesome
Today was a great experience, my second donation went very, Amy assisted me again her & JOSH are amazing he really ❤️ makes the experience warm and comfortable. Today was much better than the 8 hours I spent as a new client. Overall I felt welcomed and the process was smooth. I wish @owner there was more LOCATIONS such as Troy and Albany where I travel from each time.
