Our experience at WellNow Urgent Care Latham was awesome! From the moment we walked in, receptionist Mya was friendly and helpful. We knew urgent care normally takes longer than a regular doctor appointment, but Mya took the time to apologize and explain the wait time. We were actually able to grab a snack across the street while we waited for our appointment. Upon our return, we were greeted with hot coffee and cold slushies! The doctor was great - very polite and professional and Angela went above and beyond for me. Made me feel comfortable and not like I was bothering her like some other urgent care facilities. They are awesome over there!! 11 stars!!
my bf and i went in after a horrible night at a different place for his tonsillitis, we cannot express enough what a relief it was to have come here! not only did i first notice it was so clean, but apparently they hire the nicest people ever there
Very thankful for how quickly I was able to be in and out thanks to Joanna and Melanie. The staff are well organized and it is very clean. I advise making an appointment and getting there earlier in the day.
I recently visited WellNow Urgent Care while visiting a friend out of town on a Sundsy and had a generally positive experience. The wait was a bit longer than I expected, but the staff kept me informed about the delay, so there were no surprises. In fact, I was seen sooner than the estimated wait time they provided. The entire team was super friendly and made me feel at ease.
