Very calm place. They offer coffee or tea while you wait. They also have a slushie machine with 2 different flavors. The wait was nonexistent. Very Kind staff. Treated me as Family. I will definitely return if needed. Thank you guys for treating me with the respect I deserve. And the care you gave
Our 1st experience at WellNow Urgent Care Latham was awesome! From the moment we walked in, receptionist Mya was friendly and helpful. We knew urgent care normally takes longer than a regular doctor appointment, but Mya took the time to apologize and explain the wait time. We were actually able to grab a snack across the street while we waited for our appointment. Upon our return, we were greeted with hot coffee and cold slushies! Everyone was kind, attentive and professional. The 3 staff members I interacted with were all patient and friendly. I felt listened to and the doctor was really nice. I was seen quickly and they were able to test my infection and prescribe me an appropriate antibiotic right away. I am feeling much better thankfully. Thanks so much, I will visit again for any urgent care needs.
DOT exam. First time visit. The Latham location team at WellNow worked with me for an extended duration of my visit, beyond an hour. On a typical busy day of appointments. They didn’t have to, but did. For that I am grateful. I had to go to the well now in Latham NY IN the old Latham circle mall. I just loved everyone who worked there. What incredibly nice and professional people. IT was so refreshing. Kindness goes very far with me! They deserve a big raise
