they are removing negative reviews about Elena, executive director. believe the negative reviews, they removed one of my updated reviews. it's sad. she is asking people to write fake five star reviews about her because of how much negative reviews are about her. do better Elena. if you were a better executive director you wouldn't have negative reviews or have to ask people to give you 5 stars when you don't deserve it!

I think the way they treat us employees that have disabilities is wrong. I not only was paid the lowest but treated bad by Elena when I would come to work and my boss ask me to pick up shift. I was told I had to start parking my bike outside after 2 years of me parking inside I told Elena I don't have lock she didn't care make me anyway. Well my bike got stolen and I had go find it. Wellquest Memory Care used to be a wonderful place until Elena the Executive Director came. They are on their 3rd Executive Director. Heather who is the Director of Memory Care is fantastic. She is a compassionate, professional, respects her families and residents. She has been gone almost a month and the memory care has taken a nose dive in quality of care. This is an updated review management has SEVERELY CHANGED! The manager Elaine is rude and unprofessional! Wellquest was a place I'd always recommend to others who were seeking great quality care in a loving and caring senior environment, but I no longer recommend this place if management does not improve I think a few of my loved ones will be considering other senior living communities where their management actually cares about the wellbeing of their residents and not seeking just a pay check ! When I took the tour, I was told a lot of things that were not true. Unfortunately, I moved my loved one there. The dining room is severely understaffed and because of that it takes forever to get your meal which is not very good. They are not ADA compliant. Public Restrooms do not have button to open door for those who are in wheelchairs is not helpful. They tell you it's a short wait time once you press your bell for assistance. Not true. my grandma used to enjoy living here until they got new management. the executive director, Elena, is unprofessional. she's not friendly and tries to act "tough". my experiences speaking to her was not pleasant. she's just rude and looks like she has no interest in her job. the caregivers and culinary department are lovely (never had issues). caregivers are always treating my grandma with respect and top notch care. the servers are good and the food is descent for what we pay for. please bring in new directors who actually ... read more
