The activities staff is outstanding. Many activities and holiday celebrations are provided. Staff is friendly and courteous. Improvement needed in consistency of weekly housekeeping service perhaps due to staff turnover. Family needs to "check on" services regularly for our loved one.
I would recommend making an appointment to tour the facility - you really get an idea of what is available - activities, apartment sizes, dining room, fitness center, etc.

Wonderful staff, friendly, great food and enjoyable activities and outings. I have been here a year and hoping to stay the rest of my life.
My grandma lived there for a year before she passed away. She had the best time and I feel it helped her quality of life. She was always busy with the other residents doing crafts and doing the exercise classes. It was great to have her there knowing she was well taken care of and busy doing things with her friends and having the best time.
Staff is awesome caring go above and beyond expectations. The facility is very clean, tons of activities available, beautiful dining room ,great food, and wonderful helpful staff.
I would rate all at 5 - we have a resident council that meets once a week. The executive director has a Town Hall meeting once a month. There are many activities so you can be involved as much as you like. There is also a hair salon on site.
People are friendly, food is great, and activities wonderful.Rooms are adequate. I love the movie theater, too. Outings are frequent enough. Medical staff is trained and good security. Plenty of walking paths available.
I looked at every facility in the Temecula area. It's a very clean and beautiful facility with a positive atmosphere. It's in a central location near the 215 freeway and many medical offices. Transportation to medical appointments is available. I appreciated that I didn't feel a lot of sales pressure to sign my mother up. The staff is very friendly and the are approachable.
