Customer Service is awful
Do not move here. My mother lived here for 10 years and was a loyal resident for 10 years, through management changes, multiple security issues, maintenance issues and over things. She passed away suddenly, and while management is telling us they will work with us, 5 days later they file for eviction. We were not even given an opportunity to pay her rent which was current up until that month. I immediately went and paid her rent when I found out what was happening, yet management has yet to notify the courts. Had I not ... read more

I've sent you an email concerning the staff and management if Wesley Place at Sweetwater Rd. It seems I'm not the only one with issues at this place. My first lease they bait and switch me. They waited til the day of our move in to tell me the apartment was full of raoches but they could offer me a different, more expensive apartment Instead. I would t go any further , as I have already spent an hour sending you that email. I'll update this rating once I have your response.
