To people seeking out Wesley Apartment Homes as a great place to live: think twice before you sign. This Georgia Apartment sneakily extended my lease despite me going in-person the office to talk about my move-out nearly two months ago. The girl there said that it would be a better idea for me to mail my key in by my move out date rather than terminate my lease early, since I wanted to go back to Michigan before my 6-month lease ended. I have been trying to contact the corporate office Wesley Apartments corporate office. When you call, you have to leave a message! ! THERE IS NO LIVE PERSON TO TALK TO!!!! I have lived here since 2008. In December my water bill went from $ 60.00 / $ 70.00 to OVER $200.00. Every month, my property manager has to contact the corporate office witch controls to water bills. EVERY MONTH! !! TO GET THE BILL AJUSTED so that you can pay rent. Let me start of by saying this has been the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in ! Wesley place apartments off of Sweetwater road is roach infested, we have had bugs from the start. We talked to the leading office they have had people come out and spray 4 times but it is not getting any better ! We still have them 3 months later after moving here! Not to mention our water bill is 124$ for 2 people. I am so over this apartment situation ! We are breaking our lease and getting the hell on with our lives! Run far away!
