Beneatha provided excellent guidance to us as we started our process of eliminating our timeshare. Our process started in February and was completed in July. We were one month from having our timeshare mortgage paid off when the timeshare company sold us on a new program that would allow us to be members at all of their resorts instead of a ******owner at just one. We were promised more flexibility and more stable maintenance fee increases. It turns out that that just the opposite was more true. The process was a long and drawn out by the timeshare company. The Wesley Financial Group worked with us throughout the whole process and we did finally get out of our contract with the timeshare company. Anamelia was great to work with. She stay with me every step of the process. She would contact with suggestions on what my next step should be and was available to answer any questions that I might have doing the process. Although the process took some time, largely due to delays and tactics by the timeshare company, WFG stayed with us throughout the process. Alex W*** and the team always responded within a day or two (usually less) to any inquiries. He was always available to collaborate on the next step. The process did require us to maintain effort, persistence, and patience. In our case, it was about 10 months from start to freedom. Staff was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The process was easier than expected. Our timeshare was cancelled within 90 days, surprising everyone, I think.
