At first, it seemed like another scam. However, they explained the process, how they were going to work with us and possible solutions. The head of our Team was always in communication and immediately responded to our questions, responses from the condo association and our responses to the condo association. A was pleased with the results from the first condo resolution and am waiting for some response on the second. I believe they have performed as promised.
We are free of our timeshare thanks to Heather G**** and Wesley Financial Group. Heather responded to our emails and requests promptly and professionally. It took 13 months, but we are free and so happy. It is expensive, but worth it to us to be out legally and saved us years of expensive maintenance fees. I appreciate their guidance and support and knowledge of the process and the people we are dealing with.
I’m grateful for the help with closing our accounts with **** *****, but I feel that more could have been done on Wesley’s part because our accounts were closed months ago and they were still asking for confirmation etc . I feel that Wesley should have known more details in the case instead of relying on me the client! ! I never have a problem trying to help myself but when you’re paying for a service you expect a little more!! But over all the experience was ok and I’m grateful!!

Outstanding service! our resolution team member "Kelsie" was so helpful and worked diligently in reaching a termination of our timeshare! I tried many times to do this on my own with no success! We were treated like we were nobody in the eyes of the timeshare and dismissed us on every occasion with a sorry we cannot help you. While I am thankful for reaching out to them, however I felt that it was lengthy and I did not like the fact that I had to tell the Time share company that I was not working with anyone. My husband is no longer able to work and we were lied toby the Time share so we cancelled. I feel that the price to send just a few letters which I had to approve is a bit high. Very personable people to speak with. Response time when you call or email is lengthy.
