I recently had the pleasure of working with Taylor V***** from Wesley Financial Group, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Taylor V***** was extremely knowledgeable professional and patient as I and my husband explained the horror of being in the timeshare with ***** ******* ****** ***********that took advantage of us. We worked with a few agents and the process was slower than I thought it would be. It’s been over 3 years but it sounds like progress is being made. Tayler was very nice to work with and would recommend Westley as their customer service was very good. I understand the slow process so no complaints on that.

I have to say it took me some time to take the plunge and try a group to help fight to cancel my timeshare. It cost a few dollars, BUT IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH IT! Jerry P., Felicia W., and Heather G. kept working with me through it all - even when I was losing hope. It took a bit over a year and a half, but it is DONE. Thank you WFG team for your time and assistance with this bad 'investment'.

Signed up for a Timeshare years ago. Was never able to use it. Where ever we wanted to go there were no openings, it was hard to figure out how much time we had or who exactly to call. After years of paying for something I wasn't using, I called Wesley Financial after hearing them on a radio add. They were fantastic. Helped me along the way to get rid of my timeshare and the maintenance expenses that kept increasing year after year. It took time but they would tell me exactly what to do and say.
