The experience was easy and straightforward. We were guided on each step to take. And, ultimately, our timeshare was canceled and we are out from under it.
Wesley reps worked very hard on my account despite the whole year of shut down because of COVID. The process was lengthy, expensive, and frustrating at times, but as a widow on a fixed income, I could not afford the expensive monthly maintaince fee of my timeshare. I had no idea how to exit the timeshare ownership legally. So thankful that Wesley Financial Group managed to do the job for me, despite complications. ****
