Very professional people, Taylor P**** was easy to talk to and great to work with. I was a little frustrated in the beginning being impatient and wanting to talk to them immediately about questions I had. However, I understand they are working with many customers so be patient, they do get back to you either by phone or email. WFG helped us get out of our timeshare as promised as per the terms of the contract that we signed with them. We are very happy with the results in our experience. Wesley Financial Group did an outstanding job getting our time share company to agree to take back our time share contract with no penalty fees or additional charges. Our advisor, Julie H*******, managed the situation superbly, with timely responses and accurate, professional advice and counseling. The process took about 10 months, but during this period, we made no payments to the contractor of any kind. It wasn't a quick process, which is what we all want. However, the end result was the one that we wanted and made it all worthwhile. It wasn't cheap but nothing worth having is. The staff at Wesley Financial are helpful, friendly, well spoken, kind, dependable understanding and available. Our representative was all of these and more. I was getting my first Covid-19 vaccine and was waiting to be called into a vaccination area when the otherwise fun radio station starting playing an ad with information I had hoped for for years; how to get out of my timeshare "prison." They got great results. Timeshare is canceled. The Timeshare (****************) was a group of lying *****. Even up to the end they were telling me that if they took me to court, I would loose all my equity in the property. However, when we confronted them about the equity (trying to get out of the timeshare), they said there was no equity. I now am out of the contract, do not get threats from them about going to court and all this is due to Wesley's assistance. Their service was a little spendy but worth the cost and they d... read more
