Thanks to our Resolution Specialist, Anamelia, we have reached a satisfactory outcome from a major timeshare millstone. Anamelia was both professional and compassionate with us. She guided us in our correspondence with the timeshare company and talked us through the tough times when we had doubts and worries, over the course of this last year. Absolutely top notch. Follow up excellent..Contacts with people at Wesley were quickly responsive and always followed up with details. Quick access whenever there was an urgent problem. The road map to relief from my Timeshare is finally close at hand! My wife and I had been in this Timeshare was 30 years. The amount of money we spent over 30 years was unconscionable when spelled out. Wesley did that and never stopped giving us the tools to finally be rid of this disaster.

WFG got me out of a $12k contract, plus interest and maintenance fees. Ultimately, the process was to quit making payments and wait ******* out until they decided to write the loan off. My rep, Julie, was great, and was especially helpful in coaching me through multiple calls with *** reps, keeping up the pressure on them through written correspondence, and giving me pep talks when my spirits dragged.
