I have nothing but praise for this company. I was told exactly how the process was going to work. I was told exactly which department would be handling which part of the process. I was kept in touch along the way of how things were going. There were a couple of times I had not heard from someone for a period of time that I thought was a little too long to wait. Last August we decided to locate a business that mission is to help owners of timeshares cancel and get rid of those maintance fees. We had a time share in Mexico for 10 years. The second timeshare was in U.S.A which we have for over 22 years.
