This is place is full of sh*t. They are unresponsive to any problem that you may have. I been waiting on a work order for almost two weeks. It's like my problem isn't dire enough to matter. Also people park wherever they want and aren't suppose to be there. When I ask what will they do about it on multiple occasions nothing is done!!
WARNING: DO NOT MOVE HERE! THEY FIX NOTHING! Property management is the worst. They pretended like they give you a moving special and when it was time to pay rent. Guess what? No discount! I ended up paying the entire amount and the tried to put it on my file that I was late even though they did not correct the situation of not giving me a discount. This is a perfect place to live if you don't need air...I've lived here for several years and each year my air conditioning unit goes out. Monday morning I contacted the front office to place a work order, nothing happened so Tuesday night I contacted emergency line because my unit was well over 85 degrees! Its 340AM and I'm writing this review. I've only lived here for 7 weeks and I have neighbors from hell!! The people on top of me walk disrespectfully loud on a daily basis I can hear their conversations. I don't know if the dog actually lives there but a dog comes over several days a week. They keep it on the balcony. Its food drops down to our balcony. I've had guests over and they hear the dog scratching and think something is living in our walls. DO NOT move here. The units are nice and spacious. The service is not all that. If you plan to purchase home DO NOT move here. If you give 60 or 90 days notice.... they still want one month rent claims that you are breaking lease. Come on give homebuyers a break. Corporate claims I owed one month rent but when I moved out manage said everything was great. Managements called me after move out to Thank Me for leaving unit in such Great condition. If I could give this property negative stars I would. The management team here is HORRIBLE. I can not stress enough how unprofessional the staff was throughout the entire application process. In addition to the lack of professionalism I experienced, the staff and manager (Jonathan Ramirez) are completely unaware of their own policies. Worst decision ever moving over here. My neighbors kids runs & stomps. It's a school night and they have no bed time. I have kids myself and they can't sleep in peace. I've complained to the "manager" he hasn't done shit about it. His response is "I'll contact them". Rent is entirely too high!!! It's a high priced ghetto. Shootings, car break in and doors getting kicked in. Management do not give tenants a heads up when crime happens.
