I've been living here for years . The rent constantly goes up , it takes forever for someone to come fix a request . It's nasty in the hallway , they've been telling me they where going to pressure wash for almost 2 months now . It's a mess . I lived here 4 years ago and thought it was such a nice place then that I'd move back. Worst decision ever. I was prepared to move in on July 13, 2018 because I was told my unit was ready. I had my movers and utilities set up to start as well. I went to view the unit before signing my lease and the unit was absolutely filthy. The tub was nasty. The walls were dirty. Beware : they are super nice to you when you they want you to live here! The apartment itself is great , super spacious && love that the kitchen has an island . HOWEVER, they seriously LACK IN Maintenance. I've been here for three weeks & after the inspection they said they were going to fix this & that AND THEY ATILL HAVENT they always lie & say things are going to be done that day or the next BUT NOTHING GETS DONE . Dump! Full of dog poop on sidewalk and grass right outside buildings. Water-beetles and cockroaches everywhere. Had neighbors dog pee all over my deck furniture and I had to clean it up because management couldn't care less. Trash everywhere around dumpsters. Gate stays broken so anyone who wants can come up here. I still have no gate opener because they're on back order. People play radios booming loud day and night like a ghetto. Very Bad News...... Renters please stay clear of this place ! It is unfortunate I have to give at least one star. I really don't think it deserve a star at all. I signed a twelve month lease, planning to live there a long time. First my car insurance went by 167.00 dollars per six months, because of the area. Be very careful about moving in this complex. They nickel and dime you by the time you leave. My lease was up in sixty days so I went into the leasing office to state that I would be moving. Because the leasing staff did not know what they were doing they should of told me that I had to put it in writing, instead when I got ready to move they claim I didn't give notice and charge me for that. We gave Wesley Stone Crest a 60 day notice to vacate in Aug 2016, I've gone up the office countless times asking about what are we suppose to do far as moving out because our lease is up December 1 and I was told by Candace on Dec 5th,2016 at 1:45pm that there we would have to pay the pro-rated amount of 1105 which comes out to $570 because we are moving out on Dec 16,2016, She advised us to put it in a form of writing VIA email. Managers are unresponsive, floors are thin you can neighbors walking and talking, before moving in complex make a log of defects (make managers sign off or you will be charged for existing defects), and security gate almost never work.
