The staff was knowledgable and very accommodating. My questions were answered and a walk through helped me with the decisions that I needed to make. Unfortunately, this location was not staffed adequately and there was a wait for service.

West Coast Self Storage is a clean, reasonably priced, well run facility. The employees have always been extremely competent and very helpful, whether it be finding me a cart for unloading or paying my bill over the phone. Linda has been especially accommodating, anytime an issue has arisen, she has expertly navigated through and found the best possible outcome for both parties. I would recommend this facility to friends and family with no reservations.
