I’ve had three storage units here over the couple of years. I bought my last storage unit online, the lady with the braids is not friendly she talks with an attitude and asks if I had a previous unit here before and I say yes. Whatever, I ignore her behavior because I already paid for the unit. I return to say my unit wasn’t showing up in my account she immediately tells me “no I don’t believe you”. I show her. I ordered a UHaul and when I arrived to get it the store was closed. They did not let me or the uhaul company know they would be closed. Completely unprofessional.
