People at the Service Desk are horrible West Creek has great facilities but I must say the help desk is just torrid. I guess new tenants have to balance the good facility with very poor and rude staff overall mostly at the help desk.

Process was rude and tedious I applied to this place planning to move from my current apartment to here. Not only was the application approval process long and tedious (around 2 weeks and a half to even get my application processed). But the property manager was telling me that I had to break my lease and pay the breaking fees for my current apartment before I even get an approval from them. This was basically putting my living space in jeopardy but also my money because what if they somehow denied me and they made me break ... read more

Would not recommend They never come out and fix any issues with the apartment. They use the same excuse everytime. An emergency came up and no one could make It out… when the request was put in over a month ago. The apartment is full of silver fish. The apartments will have you hot, the a/c picks and chooses when It works. They don’t come out and fix It.

let down Terrible communication, misleading information, and awful customer service. I’m sure the units are great but I would not recommend working with this management office. Before applying, I called 2x to make sure they had a unit available that fit my budget, and they gave me the availability date which was exactly what I was asking and applying for. I got the lease contract and they assigned me a unit above my budget and told me they never had an available unit at the cost they originally said. I was gaslit and laughed... read more

Don't waste your time I never ever write reviews but this just was necessary. Was really eager about this apartment complex, but after scheduling an appointment for a tour I get a call from a lady in the leasing office saying, "don't waste your time coming here we have an apartment available during that time you were looking to move in, but someone else is PROBABLY going to get it." If I can give them 0 star I would! Never ever think to live in this community, property manager is unprofessional and do nothing to solve the issues instead they will ignore you. How come you become a property manager if you do nothing to make this community peace and quiet, neighbors are so disrespectful and you won’t have a peaceful life here, call and file a complaint many times but instead of solving the issue it’s getting more and more worst, management only care about money not for people live here. staff are incompetent been living here for quite some years. it used to be a great community, however, it seems like management hired the most incompetent staff in the past year or so. maintenance staff is terrible, does not complete service requests properly. staff in leasing office turn a blind eye to tenants' needs and keep talking about how handling 500 apartments is very difficult for them (isn't that the job?). won't recommend anyone to live here until they make drastic improvements.

smoking issues Ongoing struggle since 2018 with neighboring tenants smoking in designated non-smoking units. Smell gets it through vents and open windows. Seems to be little consequence for violating the lease in this regard. Enjoy most other things about this property but the ongoing issue of smoking seems to only be increasing, decreasing my enthusiasm for living here.

Will not complete work requests I've submitted requests to fix my apartment's broken washing machine for 10 months, and they have yet to do anything.
