The entire staff was friendly and they took their time in providing their services. Stephanie did a thorough evaluation and assessment. I'll be moving the entire family to this practice.
My fear of dentists can be overwhelming but "everyone" at West Lakes made me feel as comfortable as I have ever felt. Believe me this is a statement that I do not make lightly. It was my very first appointment and it went great. I had a cleaning and exrays, everybody was so nice and helpful. I also received a free sonic-care tooth brush how cool is that! Give them a try I think you will be pleased.

I loved the attention my 3 year old recieved when getting her first cavity filled. They made it a fun experience for her. She was so excited to show her pre-school friends all the stuff she got at the dentist! One thing that would be nice is if we had an estimate of the cost prior to coming in. Even though it would have been different than what was actually performed (less work done). It'd be nice to have a general idea.
