RecommendedGreat staff, convenient walk-in friendly policy, and fair prices. They were super thorough and didn't try to over prescribe drugs. Couldn't be happier with this place.

Thanks again for your wonderful work and understanding when I brought in Penelopie, a neighbourhood stray, today. I would not have been able to afford to help her going to our full service vet. She seems to be doing better already, walking around, where as before she was sitting with her head hanging down. Keep your fingers crossed...,

DO NOT GO HERE!! I have been a loyal client here for years- since their old location. I have grown up going here, taking my foster dogs here and my family dogs. I had nothing but great things to say up until last year. The front desk service got terrible and still is. The one receptionist Jackie, is the most non-empathetic person i have met. Took my dog to the West Side Pet Clinic on 1245 Niagara Street and they are very UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABUSIVE!!!! It was the worst experience of my life and the staff didn’t even care!!! My dog Romeo was a bit nervous so they asked to put a mussel on his mouth and I agreed when the doctor started checking his private area the doctor grabbed my dog and slammed him on the table!
