Took my dog to the West Side Pet Clinic on 1245 Niagara Street and they are very UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABUSIVE!!!! It was the worst experience of my life and the staff didn’t even care!!! My dog Romeo was a bit nervous so they asked to put a mussel on his mouth and I agreed when the doctor started checking his private area the doctor grabbed my dog and slammed him on the table!
