They were GREAT to my Pit Bruno he was a rescue for me. He also saved my life so he's My Hero and EXTRA SPECIAL to me. It was the first time I'd experienced taking him to the vet. They were fantastic giving him his shots, Very Fast, Kind, Friendly Service��� #customers4life���
I am very pleased with these guys. They worked with me last summer when I was having those terminal issues with Patches. They were extremely patient with me and Patches while she was taking her last breaths. This was the most difficult thing I have ever done in my life and they showed their compassion in a big way. Now with Princess they continue to show their compassion considering the circumstances. I can not express my thanks for them in mere words
I took my cat to the clinic for the first time I was so very impressed dr. Coleman was so gentle with her she was not frightened at all I have finally found a veterinary office that I am happy with.
They had seen my dog in an emergency no questions asked. The people were great. Thank you so much. I will definitely go to them for now on. Loved the visit.
I want to express my gratitude to the West Side Pet Clinic. We brought a badly matted stray cat we named Chester to the clinic. Dr Sickels examined him and found him to be a diabetic neutered male. She explained the options concerning care of a diabetic cat. While it was a bit overwhelming she agreed to at least clean him up. When we returned to pick Chester up they had shaved him and trimmed his claws. They were kind enough to not charge for the grooming/trim. Chester is now a part of our family.
