Great service and care for pets and per owners
Today I took our 15 year old cat Toby to be put down. The entire experience was so comforting. The staff here is amazing. The gentleman at reception was very polite and gentle with me as I was very upset. The vet came in and hugged me and explained the procedure and the vet tech was truly exceptional. She hugged me several times. Told me a funny story about Toby swatting the razor away to shave him for his catheter and him being feisty and clawing at her. the staff is is excellent with the animals and owners and the prices are very reasonable and they let you know exactly what they are going to do and the price it's going to cost and they work with you all the way. me and my Jenifur love them. 😻

West side pet clinic is affordable, friendly and honest. I appreciate the way they have cared for my fur babies. This past week I was seen during walk in hours with my cat who was not well. They provided support and assisted us in the process of taking her to the ER right away. We unfortunately were left with limited options that would give her the quality of life she deserved and she passed away peacefully. Our family is mourning her pretty intensely.
