Very efficient Very polite Explained all procedures clearly
Adrian, professional as usual. However my appointment time was 9.15 and wasn't seen till 9.55. As I had only paid for one hour parking it was a concern that I would run out of time. It appeared there was an emergency but unsure

Always a good experience, quick professional and no pain
All in all a very pleasant experience and Drago really made me feel at ease and in capable hands. He seemed very knowledgeable and his calm demeanour really made the whole experience a lot less stressful than previous experiences with other dental practices. The team at west street are very efficient and give you plenty of warning and reminders of tasks you need to complete prior to your appointment or when you have an appointment coming up
Thank you to everyone at West Street Dental Practice for the warm and friendly welcome as a new patient. I have seen Dr Dragos Matei several times before at the Cardigan practice where he previously worked and am delighted to be able to keep him as my dentist as I think he is excellent. As someone who finds it difficult to attend dental appointments it is so reassuring to find a dentist in whom I have trust, faith and confidence.
