Adrian, professional as usual. However my appointment time was 9.15 and wasn't seen till 9.55. As I had only paid for one hour parking it was a concern that I would run out of time. It appeared there was an emergency but unsure

All in all a very pleasant experience and Drago really made me feel at ease and in capable hands. He seemed very knowledgeable and his calm demeanour really made the whole experience a lot less stressful than previous experiences with other dental practices. The team at west street are very efficient and give you plenty of warning and reminders of tasks you need to complete prior to your appointment or when you have an appointment coming up
