I had never been to this vet before last week when I had to put my cat down. I was a wreck and the staff was nothing but compassionate from the first phone call to bring him in til the end. The Vet explained everything and made me feel at ease and I knew he was in good hands. Then this week I get a hand written card from the vet including a card with my cats paw print on it I. My Umbrella Cockatoo Baby was throwing up and not acting like herself, so as a new patient I wasn't expecting them to get her in immediately. Not only did they get her in, the kindness and compassion they showed both of us was exactly what we needed. They were so thorough and patient and Dr. Rhodes was spot on with her diagnosis! Thank you Sara for reaching out to see how she was doing today, this above and beyond service is what we need more of in this world. Baby and I thank you all so much, you're awesome 💜

I brought my 16 year old cat Ralph in to cross the rainbow bridge. Dr Yakubik had been his vet for couple of years. I want to just write how compassionate and caring she was to me and Ralph at a time of complete sorrow to say goodbye to my beloved cat. He went so peacefully and his suffering was no more. Dr. Yakubik made me feel so comforted and supported at the difficult time. I want to also thank the staff.

This was my first time visiting Westchase Veterinary Center. I brought my baby Milo in because he’d been under the weather and I ended up received some devastating news. He passed away within a few days after our visit but I am beyond grateful to everyone that tried to help me save him. This is the first time I experienced a vet that I felt genuinely cared and for that I am thankful.

My cat became suddenly sick and I called and Sarah was very nice and got me in the same day. Arrived early and took us right in. Very professional and very friendly. Tristan was our tech and didn't miss a beat. Dr. Rhodes came in and eased my mind. They came up with a plan and gave me a military discount and sent a text to see how he was doing and called this afternoon to let me know he is healthy w a full blood workup and fecal check. They are my new vet now and thankyou for caring.

I had to put down my 12 year old golden retriever levi strauss last sunday. This isnt my first experience in having to do this. My parents owned levi's grandparents they both got really sick and we had to put them down, my parents did that at banfield and i was there for it. They did not show as much care and compassion as westchase veterinary did for me. I was there to help levi's mom give birth to him, then they gave levi to me as a early babyshower gift. We love this place! Dr. Hixon and staff have taken such great care of our rescue dog, Gigi. We are grateful for their warm care and expertise. Gigi loves all of the staff here too! :)
