We are so sorry James that you had a bad experience at our clinic. After looking at your previous vet records and reading their notes, the skin infection on your pet and ear infection was so bad that they( your other vet) would not treat him. We also presented you with estimate for both the visit for the yearly on both your animals( and yes it was $600 for treating 2 animals not 1- and this was for vaccines, meds, severe skin and severe ear infections plus the cost of senior blood work for your dental) and an estimate for the dental. We even explained to you that you did not need to pay/do the bloodwork if the estimate for the dental was too much. You told us to go ahead and run it.....In regards to the dental estimate, there was a range of $600-$1000 - not just $1000. The range was like this and the cost was this high because your pet had a stage/prophy 4 classification which means they were highly infected with severe tarter build-up, gum infection, and possible multiple extractions. Please make sure when writing a review that all know the complete story behind it rather than just a few said words. We do hope your pets get the treatment that they need and you find a vet that work with your animals conditions. Good luck with the move.
