RecommendedAfter using a different veterinary center since we moved back to Florida we just kept getting the same old answers to the same canine problems with our senior dog and were verey frustrated. RecommendedI take my cats to Westchase Vet and we LOVE them! Their entire staff is phenomenal. Our first visit was for an emergency visit, and my cat was facing a potential surgery. The vet personally called us before every procedure with price and time estimates and gave us as much time as we needed to have questions and concerns attended to. She ended up saving his life and prevented him from needing surgery (thank you, Dr. Castro!) My other kitty hates the vet and strangers, but had no problem at all. RecommendedThe physicians and staff take the time to understand your concern and they strive to help your pet! I went there with my dog for a long going ear infection my old vet prescribed the SAME medicine for(which clearly wasn't working, ear drops telling me to apply 2-3x daily for months). I came here and THEY FIXED THE ISSUE immediately. They performed a culture whch my old vet never even mentioned and it came back as resilient to the medicine(s) the old vet prescribed. RecommendedI’ve used this vet for my ferrets, cat and bearded dragon and they have been PHENOMENAL. I unfortunately had to say goodbye to one of my babies yesterday and Dr. Rhodes made the experience as comfortable as it could be. She always been the primary vet for my ferrets and beardie and I just adore her. She is so kind and very informative. RecommendedI cannot say enough good things about this vet. They are kind, thoughtful and compassionate. They treat your furbabies like their own. We unfortunately had to put our kitty down this past weekend. One of the saddest days of our lives. These people took their time, answered all of our questions. They gave us all the time we needed. The Dr showed empathy, and even shed a tear with us. I cannot tell you guys how thankful we are to have found you guys. The whole staff is incredibly thoughtful.

RecommendedWe recently switched vets. Although I loved my previous vet himself, it was hard to make appointments and they were always too busy to keep up, it seemed.
