Dr mastro was very rude and disrespectful no bedside manners I wouldn't recommend no one there he treated me like a criminal if my mouth wasn't in pain I would have never had the root canal he needs a customer service training class

He was rude both times I attended,my mouth was in pain and I just wanted the work done , I found him to be a arrogant person no bedside manners to his patient I'm so disgusted with his service I wouldn't recommend a pig there, I almost feel like he's prejudice to black people that's how bad it was he don't even greet you with a hello or good morning

An unbelievable miserable experience at this office. Disrespectful, rude, and unwelcoming. I attended as it was part of our insurance plan, and called a week early with a thorough explanation of my condition.The conversation started with 'your late', and went downhill from there. I walked out and went to another provider who was out of network. Although the cost was not covered, I needed this completed right away, and was so frustrated by his treatment, cost meant nothing at this point. Avoid!
