We have two children that come to WNY Pediatrics and without fail, every time we've come we're treated with respect and with the utmost professionalism. The staff is always great with the kids. The atmosphere is always clean and interesting for the kids. With kids' movies playing in the waiting room and plenty of books for the kids to read, waiting is never an issue for the littles. I've never even considered taking my children anywhere else.
We always have a positive experience and all questions and concerns are addressed.

I go here and they have the best doctors they are really reliable and reasonable

I can’t imagine a better experience or staff. No matter what issue my son seems to have they’re calm, collected, and have helped us through everything, their compassion helps take away any anxieties for my child’s health, and the gentleness with which they administer vaccinations and advice are so special.

I highly recommend Western New York pediatrics to any parent out there. The administrative staff, nurses and doctors are all incredible. I have never had to wait for a sick appointment or for an answer either on the weekends or after hours. Everybody is patient and thorough and kind. I have never walked out with a question and answered. I have four children and all of them have had exemplary care.

We love Dr Szumigala! Firstly, how cool is that last name for a pediatrician? It’s so fun to say and the kids get a real kick out of it. Second, she’s so very kind and understanding with my special needs girl. The office is decorated with cute murals and artwork, and the office staff is generally very pleasant. It’s not too difficult to get an appointment when needed, just isn’t always with child’s pcp. Overall awesome office. Recommend!
