Nothing but great things to say about the service recieved. My son is 14 months and anytime we have had an appointment the wait was never in excess of 20mins. The nurses and staff have always been pleasent. Hold times could be a little shorter sometimes, but they are a great office and the word is spreading. This practice is HORRIBLE!!!! My son had been a patient with this office since he was about 6months old till he was 2 1/2yrs old, and I finally had enough and switched to another pediatrician. Every visit with his pediatrician started with "Hello have we met before???" Seriously you don't know who your patients are, let alone review your notes from his last visit??? I have had nothing but problems with this office! The people at the desk and who answer the phones are rude and the hold times are ridiculous.
