I agree the doctors are good, but the office staff is rude and they have way too many patients to give you attention when needed. Had many problems with getting papers signed, etc.
The amount of time spent on hold is absolutely ridiculous; easily 10-15 minutes EVERY time you call. My children have been patients for years and this has always been a problem, as well as how often you wait in the waiting room. I also agree that the front office staff is rude, but the nurses and doctors are great. They do have a problem with how the patients are seen, and I have waited up to one hour while other children were seen before mine. Complaining does not help, because of the 'wonderful' front staff. I think they have taken on too many patients.
Staff is rude and short with you. If you have 3 hours to wait just to get shots...this is the office for you. My husband and I waited so long one time that we walked out. The actual doctors are great but everything else is just terrible.
