Nightmare experience. I had to explain to reception why I was there three times, then the technician rushed me and was surprised I had questions. Then they confused my contact information with my emergency contact and tried to correspond with them. I pulled out of their practice as a patient and my emergency contact is STILL getting promotional texts. Go anywhere else.

I had a really horrible experience at Westrock. They are very impersonal and I was stuck in braces way longer than I needed to be. It feels like fast-food, assembly line orthodontics. I guess its efficient, but it left me feeling very uncared for, and I feel that it resulted in poor treatment. I think if it was more personal and the doctor was able to at least kind of remember each patient when they visit and what they need, it could be so much better.

Staff is very friendly and Dr. Winters appears to be quite knowledgeable, but the customer service is severely lacking. I have had severe pain and discomfort and have left messages since Friday and still haven't received a call back. I also emailed with no response, I will be having my braces removed and I will go elsewhere for my orthodontic needs.
