Staff is very friendly and Dr. Winters appears to be quite knowledgeable, but the customer service is severely lacking. I have had severe pain and discomfort and have left messages since Friday and still haven't received a call back. I also emailed with no response, I will be having my braces removed and I will go elsewhere for my orthodontic needs.
Business response:
We are glad we were able to speak with you yesterday, Shalan. Your feedback is appreciated. We are happy that we were able to get you scheduled very soon so that Dr. Winters can address your concerns with your braces. Best, Dr. Winters and the Westrock Orthodontics Bentonville Team
