The service itself was fine- no complaints with the work; however the scheduling in the service dept is not coordinated. One of the service people told me to come at 8 am and being one of the early ones to arrive, should be one of the first to get work done- about 2 hours. I came at 7:50 and the person helping me had no record of my appt, and said that service person doesn’t share the appt times set for whom he has previously scheduled so they ended up with a bunch of more work they had to fit in that day.
